1. The service

JobTrackerAI (jobtrackerai.com) publishes career guides and job listings, and offers tools to registered users, including a CV builder, a Z83 form filler, an application tracker and optional AI writing assistance. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Guides

Our guides are general information, written and reviewed carefully, but they are not legal, financial or professional advice. Rules, forms and amounts change; always confirm the requirements in the advert or with the relevant employer or department.

3. Job listings

Listings are provided for information. We are not the employer and are not a party to any application, interview or employment agreement between you and an employer. While we take reasonable care in publishing listings, we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability or legitimacy of any position. Never pay money to apply for a job — report suspicious listings to us.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to create an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.

5. AI-generated content

AI tools produce drafts based on the job listing and your profile. They can contain errors. You are responsible for checking anything you submit to an employer, and you must not present information that is untrue.

6. Acceptable use

You may not scrape the site at scale, attempt to gain unauthorised access, post or transmit malicious code, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Content and intellectual property

Our guides, site design and branding belong to us. You may share links to our guides freely; please do not republish them in full without permission. Job listings may reference third-party sources, which are credited where applicable and remain the property of their owners.

8. Advertising

The site displays third-party advertisements, including through Google AdSense. Advertisers are responsible for their own content; an ad appearing on this site is not an endorsement by us.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, including decisions made in reliance on guides or listings published here.

10. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the service, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
